Ricettina veloce veloce presa dal ricettario di bianca,l'autrice è sole76.E' tipicamente estiva e molto saporita,a noi è piaciuto molto.....ingredienti:
400 g di pasta tipo cellentani della barilla (io ho usato i fusilli)
700 g di pomodorini maturi freschi
150 g di grana grattugiato
100 g di pecorino romano grattugiato
basilico

Tagliare i pomodorini in due parti e metterli in un recipiente capiente, aggiungere i due formaggi grattugiati e il basilico e porre in frigo per almeno un paio di ore in modo da lasciar bene insaporire.
Quando siete pronti per pranzare cuocere la pasta al dente scolarla e unire ai pomodorini. Mescolare per bene e servire.

Quanto mi piace quella pasta tutta riccioli ma purtoppo mio marito la odia e non me l afa comprare !
